The Power Electronics Research Laboratory researches, designs, tests, and develops power conversion and control technologies for all stages of the electric power system, including generation, transmission, distribution, energy storage, and end-use applications. The laboratory adapts advanced technologies to Mongolia’s technical, climatic, and operational conditions and supports their practical implementation. At the same time, we train engineers and researchers with strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills, contributing to the modernization and sustainable development of Mongolia’s energy sector.
